Ophycare

OphyCare is a company established by a team of technicians and medical professionals whose mission was to remove the language barrier between the patients and the healthcare providers in the US. Understanding the increasing need to have a more inclusive and efficient medical experience, OphyCare, created a user-friendly digital platform that was specifically created to assist non-English speaking patients in the process of navigating their healthcare journey in their own language.

Previously called Ez Health, OphyCare wanted to rebrand itself and reinvent end user experience and interface as more human-focused, accessible, and seamless. The platform was redesigned with the help of Design Stratum, their Preferred Digital consultant.  The development of a site, which now includes several languages, online appointments, online consultation, access to local medical services, etc., started with deep research and conceptualization, and ended with testing and the deployment of the final version.

The innovation was a significant move towards empowering the end user experience and making healthcare more accessible and efficient to the various communities around the US.

Full-Scale Branding

We designed a strong, modern brand identity that gave OphyCare a fresh start and a clear purpose. As their digital consultant, we guided them with everything. From the new name to the logo and color palette. Every detail was designed to feel human, trustworthy, and inclusive. The overall visual system was built to connect with patients of all backgrounds, especially non-English speakers, and to stand out in the healthcare space with warmth and clarity.

UI/UX Design and Development

We designed and developed a patient-first digital experience that simplifies healthcare for underserved communities. From multilingual support to natural appointment flows, every element was shaped by our UI/UX design and development services. The platform is now faster, cleaner, and attuned to the needs of non-native English speakers, especially the elderly, making access to care less frustrating and more empowering.

Visual Direction & Accessibility

As their design Consultant, we made sure that the design looks consistent across the whole website. From the homepage to signing up as a patient or finding a doctor, the experience feels simple and welcoming. It’s a platform that finally meets users where they are, linguistically, culturally, and emotionally.
