OphyCare is a company established by a team of technicians and medical professionals whose mission was to remove the language barrier between the patients and the healthcare providers in the US. Understanding the increasing need to have a more inclusive and efficient medical experience, OphyCare, created a user-friendly digital platform that was specifically created to assist non-English speaking patients in the process of navigating their healthcare journey in their own language.
Previously called Ez Health, OphyCare wanted to rebrand itself and reinvent end user experience and interface as more human-focused, accessible, and seamless. The platform was redesigned with the help of Design Stratum, their Preferred Digital consultant. The development of a site, which now includes several languages, online appointments, online consultation, access to local medical services, etc., started with deep research and conceptualization, and ended with testing and the deployment of the final version.
The innovation was a significant move towards empowering the end user experience and making healthcare more accessible and efficient to the various communities around the US.
